Dr. Marcarian and her dedicated team are committed to the care of your smile, but also the maintenance of your general health. We pledge to offer you preventive dental care as well as the necessary education to improve your dental hygiene habits and ultimately your overall health and quality of life.
Magic Dental is equipped with the latest in dental technology utilizing digital dental x-rays, painless freezing and laser technology, allowing us to be on the cutting edge in both comfort and care.
Our mission is to maintain a high standard of ethics by treating all of our patients with dignity and understanding and by presenting a trustworthy and comfortable setting for everyone. We strive to build long lasting relationships with our patients and consistently exceed expectations of what a positive dental practice experience should be.
We put an emphasis on building trust with the most anxious patients and children from the first moment they enter our practice. Playing in the waiting room and creating artistic drawings is encouraged. We will always welcome you and your family with a smile, toys, candies and a bit of magic everyday!
Dr Marcarian
Dentist
Dr. Dana Marcarian discovered her passion for dentistry at a young age, inspired by her grandmother, a denturist, who nurtured her creativity and early interest in the field. After graduating from the University of Toronto and working as a dental associate, she continued to expand her expertise through ongoing education to stay at the forefront of modern dentistry.
In May 2018, Dr. Dana opened Magic Dental in Waterdown, creating a calming, spa-like environment focused on comfort and advanced care for the whole family. She is especially known for her gentle approach with children and, outside the clinic, enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her son at the hockey rink, and caring for her two dogs, Coco, Figo and Pasha

Office Manager
Tamara joined Dr. Marcarian’s practice in May 2018 as our Office Manager, bringing with her a wealth of experience that began in 2014 as a dental assistant. This clinical background gives her an unique, hands-on understanding of the patient journey. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that every person who walks through our doors feels welcomed, well-cared for, and right at home.
Jessica
Administrator
Jessica is a friendly, organized receptionist and Invisalign coordinator, plus Invisalign case management. She holds a Sociology degree and Medical Office Administration diploma. As a mom, she values quality family time and enjoys exploring parks, trying new recipes, and reading.
Vicki
Registered Dental Hygienist
Vicki is a Registered Dental Hygienist and she joined our team in 2020. Vicki firmly believes that having a healthy mouth is an essential part in having a healthy lifestyle. Providing patients with a relaxed and comfortable environment is important to Vicki. Her aim is to ensure that the patient’s time spent at Magic Dental is something to smile about.

Angela, is a friendly and professional Dental Receptionist, she is the welcoming face that ensures every visit begins with a smile and to make your experience smooth, stress-free and personalized from the moment you walk in. Outside of work, Angela loves making memories through family time and traveling. She's also a lover of animals, relaxing with a good book & music.

Shrijal joined our team as a Registered Dental Hygienist, bringing an impressive international background as a former Dentist. Her advanced training allows her to offer a superior level of care and precision during every visit. She is passionate about preventative health and is excited to help our patients maintain beautiful, healthy smiles.

Registered Dental Hygienist
Vivian is a registered dental hygienist, trained in myofunctional therapy, friendly and detail-focused dental hygienist dedicated to helping patients maintain healthy smiles. She specializes in professional cleanings, patient education on brushing and flossing, and creating a comfortable, anxiety-free experience. Outside the clinic, Vivian enjoys staying active and exploring new foods.
